Chapter 1 - New Roads, New Neighbors
Every settlement has to begin somewhere.
Right now, Hearthrest is taking its first steps from an empty landscape toward a lived-in world. Roads are being laid, buildings are opening their doors, and new faces are beginning to appear throughout the Hearthlands.
This chapter is focused on filling the world with the people and places that will give it life: Welcoming the first players, establishing NPCs and merchants, developing settlements, and creating the spaces that will eventually become familiar parts of everyday life in Hearthrest.
Before there can be history, there first has to be somewhere - and someone - to make it.
